Grammy Awards 2019: Fans go crazy as K pop boy band BTS make historic Grammy debut in matching suits

The night marked many firsts for the band as they also presented a Grammy and thanked their fans while they were on stage.

Hugely popular Korean boy band BTS made their first ever appearance at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night and fans could not stop gushing over the matching suits the members of the band wore to the music awards ceremony. The seven-member South Korean band were a sight to behold as they looked naturally excited and pumped to make a presence on the coveted red carpet. The moment was equally historic as the boy band are the first ever Korean band to receive a Grammys nomination.

The members of the band which include V, RM, Suga, Jimin, Jungkook, Jin, and J-Hope, were nominated for their album, Love Yourself: Tear, in the Best Recording Package category. While on the red carpet, the boys made the most out of it. They gave interviews, got snapped and soaked in every bit of the night. 

While speaking to Variety, the K-pop sensation said that they hope to work with a number of this year’s nominees including Camila Cabello, Travis Scott, and Lady Gaga. The boy band also named H.E.R. and Post Malone as potential collaborators. The news spread like wild fire among their fans and they naturally could not contain their excitement.

The band, however, did not win the Grammy but we bet had one hell of a night.
