Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We Partnered and operate three distribution centers, one in South Korea, one in India & one in China. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 2 business days". These products will ship same or two business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION
Sure, we will send your order tracking information & tracking link within 1-3 business days after processing your order which means after we ship it. We will always make sure to provide it as quickly as possible!

If you place your order with insured shipping, order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 45 business days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, OR will also be happy to resend/replace another package (the same items) in your order for free.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes 60 days at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes maximum 24 business days for the package to arrive + 3 processing days. For rare cases, shipping may take longer due to covid-19, weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package & customs.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email at [email protected]
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT
We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.
